Thrifty sold their business and I moved AGOP to Car City and rented space from Wing Chong. Joe Zolnoski was now working with AGOP and bought in. Business outgrew parking facility so AGOP moved back to the farm i.e. 399 Hwy 97S. Joe and Mark parted ways and Mark hooked up with Pete Moore and moved to 4285 W. Navy Blvd.

This was the closest location for a car lot to PMC. I moved all the employees here and sold the farm to David. He and his girlfriend Linda Kehoe lived there and David remortgaged the farm so he could pay me what he owed me. He and Linda Kehoe left within the week of closing after he received approximately $85,000. David paid me what he owed by depositing the equity check into AGOPinc. and I cut him a check back for the difference (around $25,000-State also provided this evidence).

Probably our most crucial witness next to Annette Cruz. DT lived a double life and did not let us get close to Linda. But during hurricane Ivan, we met friends of Linda’s in Atlanta Georgia…the Lord works in mysterious ways. Her closest childhood friend, Kim Blastose, put up my family when we were hurricane refugees. We did not know Kim before the hurricane. Another friend evacuating with us took us there to stay after we realized our home was destroyed. After several days, and long night talks, Kim was shocked to find that I was the brother to the David Turner she knew of. Her husband, Jim, refused to allow Linda around because she had been dating a married man, David Turner.
